CIRCULAR TO PARENTS

                                 

            YOGA CLASSES (III to V)

 

Exercise of the mind and body, the benefits of yoga are –it helps children build strength, flexibility and improves their focus. It contributes to the overall development of their personality.

Parents who wish to enroll their wards in the Yoga classes for the session 2024-25 are requested to note the following: -

 

1. No extra fees will be charged for these classes.
2. Classes will be held on Mondays for class III and on Tuesdays for classes IV

& V from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

1. Students will be dispersed after the class at 2:30 p.m. ONLY against the Escort Cards.
2. Students who join these classes may bring extra tiffin with them.
3. Students must carry their personal Yoga mats to class.
4. Yoga classes for the new session 2024-25 will begin on Monday, 29.04.2024
5. You are required to fill up the Google Form and submit it online by Tuesday 16.04.2024.
