ID CARD EXCHANGE - SESSION 2022-23

CLASSES III, IV & V

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Birla High School.

Your ward’s ID card for the Session 2022-23 will be handed over to you. Kindly note the details regarding the same:
 

Date: Saturday, 23rd April 2022

Time: Class III - 9 a.m.- 10 a.m.

            Class IV – 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

            Class V – 11 a.m. to 12 noon

Venue: Prayer Hall    

Please Note:

• It is mandatory to submit your ward’s white ID card (currently being used) to the class teacher at the time of exchange.
• Entry and exit will be from Gate No.6.
• We request only one parent to come to school to do the needful.
• Kindly strictly adhere to the timing given above to ensure social distancing.
• Due to security concerns we request parents to personally be present during the ID card exchange.
