The spirit of collaboration wasfostered and honed through a number of creative events at South Point ULLAS this year.
Our students were part of teams which won prizes as follows:
Debarjya De of VD was part of the Winning team in the Quiz
Aadwil Dixit of IVD was part of the team which stood 3rd in the Quiz.
Kaerav Shah of VB was part of the team which won the 2nd prize in Fun Minute
Vihaan Agarwal of IVD was part of the winning team in Paper Magic.
Shikshayatan fest Jubillaire:
BHS collaborated with MBWA ... and received a Trophy for the Best Story Written in Canva. The team was represented by Debarjya De of Class V and Arjun Upadhyay of Class IV.
West Bengal State Skate Championship:
Ahaan Gorai received a gold at today's West Bengal State Skate Championship.
CBSE ZONAL ROLLER SKATING CHAMPIONSHIP:
In the CBSE ZONAL ROLLER SKATING CHAMPIONSHIP AHAAN GHORAI OF CLASS IV WON A GOLD MEDAL IN 1000METRES AND QUALIFIED FOR THE NATIONALS. ARYADITYA DAS WON A BRONZE MEDAL FOR THE SAME EVENT
QUAESTIO 2024
On Wednesday, 7th August 2024, Birla High School hosted their flagship event, QUAESTO, an interschool quiz competition. 20 schools battled it out from all across the city in this competition of wit and knowledge. The hosts emerged the winners!!
RAMCHARIT MANAS at MANAS MAHOTSAV
We are thrilled to share the incredible achievement of our students from classes IV & V at this year's Manas Mahotsav! Competing against middle and high school students of 8 reputed institutions of Kolkata, they proudly secured the 2nd prize. Their captivating performance of the Viswamitra Yagna and Ahalya Kand left everyone in awe. The shlokas were sung melodiously, and the abhinaya, was simply outstanding. Congratulations to our talented young stars & our teachers for this remarkable accomplishment!
