CLASS PHOTOGRAPH
You are requested to make an online payment of Rs. 75/- (Rupees Seventy-five only) for your son’s class photograph for the session 2024-2025. The payment should be made through the Campus Care Portal.
Please find below details of the Payment Process:
Registration will start on Monday, 3rd March 16:00 hrs and will continue till Friday, 7th March 2025, 23:59 hrs
Payment will be collected online only through the process mentioned below:-
I. For Campus Care Website / Portal users:
Step 1: Log on to Campus care portal via parent ID.
Step 2: Click on ‘Personal’ Tab (On the left-hand side of the screen).
Step 3: Click on ‘Event Participation’.
Step 4: Check the box beside ‘Amount’ and click on ‘Pay’.
II. For Campus Care Mobile Application users:
Step 1: Login with Parent ID.
Step 2: Click on ‘Utility’ tab.
Step 3: Click on ‘Upcoming Events Participation’.
Classes I to IV

Your ward has received the Identity Card proforma today. You are requested to fill in your ward’s details in block letters and attach two recent passport-size photographs of your son wearing his school uniform. Please ensure that his name is clearly written on the reverse side of the photograph.
Kindly submit the completed form along with the photograph to your son’s class teacher by Monday, 3rd March, 2025.
Do not fill up the class & section in the proforma.
Please ensure that all the details provided are accurate, as they will be used to process the Identity Card for the session 2025-26.

PARENTS’ FEEDBACK AND SELF ASSESSMENT FOR HOLISTIC PROGRESS CARD

Dear Parent,
In alignment with the NEP 2020 guidelines, Birla High School has introduced the Holistic Progress Card from this session i.e. 2024-2025 for classes of the Lower Primary. This progress card offers a 360-degree, multidimensional view of each learner’s cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. The inclusion of parent and student feedback will enhance collaboration and communication, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the student’s progress and fostering active parental engagement in their child’s education.
I request parents to note the steps mentioned below to fill up the parent and student feedback through Campus Care:

Please note that the Fit N Fun classes, Clubs and Cub classes will remain suspended from Monday, 17th February to Wednesday, 26th February 2025 on account of the Term 2 Block Tests.
All the above mentioned activities will resume from Thursday, 27th February 2025.

Please note that the Annual Concert for classes I to V will be held on Saturday, 22nd March 2025. Students who will be selected to participate in the concert will receive the practice schedule shortly.

This is to inform you that class photographs for the session 2024-25 will be taken on Friday, 14th February, 2025 for classes III to V and on Monday, 17h February 2025 for classes Lower Nursery to II within school hours.

As you are aware, we will be conducting our Block Tests for Classes III, IV and V from Monday, 17th February, 2025 till Wednesday, 26th February, 2025.
I request parents to motivate their wards to appear for the tests with full sincerity and honesty. Kindly encourage the students and uplift their spirits. Let us not create any unnecessary fear or anxiety.
Pupils must carry the following on the block test dates: a clip board, suitable stationery items (including colour pencils), school diary, drinking water and some dry tiffin.
Dispersal time for the above-mentioned dates will be as follows:
