                 CLASSES III, IV and V

 Dear Parents,

As you are aware, we will be conducting our Half Yearly Examination for Classes III, IV and V from Monday, 22^nd August 2022 till Tuesday, 30th August 2022.

I request parents to motivate their wards to appear for the tests with full sincerity and honesty. Let us get together to work towards helping our children to imbibe values of morality, discipline and integrity.

Please note the following:

• Pupils must carry the following on the exam dates: a clipboard to write on, suitable stationery items (including colour pencils), school diary, drinking water and dry tiffin.

• Dispersal time for the above-mentioned dates will be as follows:                                      

                                         Carpool Dispersal- from 10:00 a.m.

   Escort Dispersal- from 10:15 a.m. (Class III)

                                              10:20 a.m. (Class IV)

                                              10:25 a.m. (Class V)

• Kindly note all dispersals will be from Gate No. 1 strictly against their ID Cards.
• The Spelling Dictation exam will be held for Classes III, IV and V on Thursday, 18^th August during school hours.
• The Elementary Hindi/Bengali exam will be held for Class V on Wednesday, 31^st August during school hours.
