Dear Grandparents,

 

You constitute the most precious memories of childhood and add lustre to the lives of your grandchildren. It gives us immense pleasure to invite you to ‘Abhinandan’- Grandparents’ Day at Birla High School. Together we shall celebrate the unique position you occupy in your family and in our lives.

 

On this day, we invite you to participate along with your grandson in fun-filled activities as listed below:

 

KG – CRAFT COMPETITION

CLASS II – FIRELESS COOKING

CLASS IV – ANTAKSHARI

The first 5 names per section to confirm in the class whatsapp group will be eligible to take part in the above activities.

Other than these, there will be games stalls where you will be able to enjoy along with your grandson.

Given below is the schedule:

Day: Saturday, 26^th November 2022 Time: 9:00 a.m. to 1p.m.

Venue: Birla High School, 1, Moira Street, Kolkata- 17

 

1. I request Grandparents to come out in large numbers to make the day a grand success and a special one for you and your grandson. Hence even if you are not taking part in any of the above-mentioned events, please do attend the event and enjoy the games and the yummy treat organized specially for you.
2. Due to space constraint, we will be able to accommodate only 2 grandparents per child.
3. Kindly fill up the Google form which will be shared by your ward’s Class Teacher and submit it by Monday 21^st November 2022.

 

PARENTS PLEASE NOTE:

1. Reporting time for Students on Duty & Participants – 8:00 a.m.
2. All students should be in school uniform and carry his tiffin box and water bottle only to school.

 

V.IMP : Dispersal: 1:00 p.m. The escorts must carry the school identity card to collect their wards.
