Dear Parents,

The Measles and Rubella Vaccination drive initiated by the Government of West Bengal will be held in the school premises on Saturday, 11^th February ’23 for the students of Classes Nursery to V as per the schedule given below:

 

CLASS	TIME
CLASS V	9:30 -10:00 AM
NURSERY	10:00 – 10:30 AM
KINDERGARTEN	10:30 AM - 11:00 AM
CLASS I	11:00 – 11:30 AM
CLASS II	11:00 - 12 :00 NOON
CLASS III	12:30 – 1:00 PM
CLASS IV	1:00-1:30 PM

 

Kindly note the following points:-

 

• Only those students who have registered for the vaccination should attend the camp on that day.
• Entry and exit will be from Gate no. 6 (Prayer Hall gate)
• Boys must come to school in their school uniform.
• Parents must accompany their wards. No child will be allowed entry without either parent accompanying the child.
• After the vaccination the students must sit in the Observation room for half an hour after which they may leave the premises with their parents from Gate no.6.
• Kindly adhere to the given time slots.
• Dispersal will strictly be against ID cards.
