    Dear Parents,

    Please read the following information carefully:



    • The First Term Open House for the session 2023-24 will be held on Friday, 6th October 2023.
    • Students must accompany their parents in school uniform. Attendance is mandatory.
    • Please meet the class teacher first and thereafter meet other subject teachers, if required.
    • Parents are strictly required to maintain the time slots given below:











    1 - 10


    8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.


    11 - 20


    9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.


    21 - 30


    10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.




    12p.m. to 1:00 p.m.



    • Entry will be from Gate No. 1 and exit will be from Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall side).
    • In case you have an older child in Classes I-V whose slot clashes with the younger one in the Lower Primary (Nursery and KG), please inform the class teacher (I-V) to make a change in the timing by Tuesday, 3rd October 2023.
    • A book fair by Oxford Book Store has been organized on the same day in the Prayer Hall. They will be offering a 10% discount on the purchase of books. Please visit the book fair.
    • Dispersal will be only against Escort cards.





    • A copy of the First Term Progress Card will be handed over to you by the class teacher on the above mentioned day.
    • The same  can be viewed online through the Campuscare Portal ( from 11 a.m. onwards on the same day.
    • Please note that each parent has a unique parent ID (Campus Care ID). The parent ID will be the same even if the parent has another ward in the Junior/Senior or Girls’ Section.
    • Kindly follow the steps given below to view the Report Card online :-

    Steps to be followed :-


      Step I     -              Log on to www.


    Step II -                 Type parent/ student’s user id

    Step III-                Type the relevant password.        

     Step IV -               Click on the Box where the name of your ward/ wards appears. Select the name

     Step V-                  Click on the ‘Academics’ Tab.


    Step VI-                Click on the ‘Evaluation’ Tab on the left-hand side.

    Step VII-              Click on ‘View’

     Step VIII -           View the downloaded file.
