Dear Parents,

We are glad to inform you that the pupils of Classes III, IV and V have organised an exhibition ‘Sabhyata’ depicting the rich cultural heritage of India on Tuesday, 17^th October 2023. It gives us great pleasure to invite you to visit the same with your ward following the schedule mentioned below:

Roll nos. 1 -10: 9am – 10am

Roll nos. 11 -20: 10am – 11am

Roll nos. 21 -30: 11am – 12 pm

Roll nos. 31 -40: 12pm – 1pm.

Kindly make note of the following instructions:

• No classes will be held on the above-mentioned date.
• All pupils must be dressed in their school uniform and visit the exhibition with their parents according to the schedule mentioned above.
• You are requested to use Gate no. 5 (Vidya Mandir Auditorium gate) to enter and Gate no. 6 (Prayer Hall gate) to exit.
• Parents must carry the student’s Escort card for dispersal.
• Participants and students on duty will receive a separate circular with specific instructions that need to be followed.
