ANNUAL SPORTS MEET

Classes – IV and V

 

Dear Parents,

 

We are pleased to inform you that the Annual Sports Meet for the students of Classes IV and V will be held on Friday, 15^th December 2023 at the Gitanjali Stadium.

They need to report to Gitanjali Stadium on Thursday 14.12.2023 for the Sports run-through.

Kindly note the following instructions: -

 

14.12.2023 (RUN -  THROUGH)
REPORTING	DISPERSAL
Time: 7:45 am at Gate No. 1	Time: 11:30 am from Gate No. 1

 

15.12.2023 (SPORTS FINAL DAY)
REPORTING	DISPERSAL
Time: 7:45 am at Gate No. 1.	Time: 12:45 pm (approximately) from Gate No. 1.

• ** Dispersal on both the days will be strictly against the Escort Card.

 

• Students must carry dry tiffin, a water bottle and a napkin in a small bag on both the days.
