Dear Parents,

Kindly note the following with regards to the Annual Sports meet 2023.

• Run through – Thursday, 14.12.23.
• Main Event – Friday, 15.12.23.
• Venue: Gitanjali Stadium, Rajdanga Sarat Park Road, Gitanjali Road, Shantipally, Rajdanga Chakraborty Para, Sector B, Kasba, Kolkata -700107
• Dress –

Drill participants: Will be handed over the drill costume by Wednesday, 12.12.23.

• : Games uniform and school white keds.

March Past: (Only Student Council members)

School uniform – Light blue half sleeve shirt and navy blue full length trouser, black shoes and school socks.

 

• If a child is in two of the above events please ensure instructions given by the teacher are followed.
• Students need to wear a clean uniform on the final day. In case any student does not have a spare set of the required uniform the same should be procured at the earliest.
• You are requested to refer to Notice no. 67 regarding the timings and other relevant information.
