Dear Parents,

 

The Annual Class Picnic for the students of Class IV & V will be held at Golden Glow on Tuesday, 16^th of January, 2024. Your consent for the participation of your ward is solicited.

Please note the following:

 

• TOUR PROGRAM: Report to school at 8:00 a.m.
• DISPERSAL will be at 3 p.m. against the Escort card as mentioned below:

Class IV: Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall)

Class V: Gate No. 1 (Main Gate).

• TOTAL COST FOR THE PICNIC: Rs.700/- per head which includes transportation, breakfast, lunch, entry fees and all taxes.

• It is mandatory for all children going for the picnic to carry an empty tiffin box, a water bottle and cap.
• The students must submit the Consent Form given by Tuesday, 9^th January, 2024.
• Kindly make the payment of Rs. 700/- through Campus Care for the same.

 

Details of the Payment Process:

• Payments will be accepted from 05.01.2024 - 16:00 Hrs and will continue till 11.01.2024, 23:59 Hrs.

Payment will be collected online only through the process mentioned below: -

1. For Campus Care Website / Portal users:

      Step 1:  Log on to Campus Care portal via parent ID.

      Step 2: Click on ‘Personal’ Tab (On the left-hand side of the screen).

      Step 3: Click on ‘Event Participation’.

      Step 4: Check the box beside ‘Amount’ and click on ‘Pay’.

1. For Campus Care Mobile Application users:

      Step 1: Login with Parent ID.

      Step 2: Click on ‘Utility’ tab.

      Step 3: Click on ‘Upcoming Events Participation’.

      Step 4: Check the box beside ‘Amount’ and click on ‘Pay’.

• No payment will be accepted after the above mentioned date or in cash.
