Dear parents,

Greetings from Birla High School.

As we begin the new academic year soon, I request all parents to make note of the following:

• Students are not allowed to enter the school premises before 7:30 a.m. However, if it is unavoidable, you are requested to inform the Headmistress and the class teacher about the same.
• Clubs and after-school activities for Classes III to V will remain suspended till further notice.
• Dispersal timings to be followed by classes I to V on all days till further notice are as follows.

Class I – 1:10 p.m.

Class II – 1:15 p.m.

Class III – 1:20 p.m.

Class IV – 1:25 p.m.

Class V - 1:30 p.m.

• Please note that dispersal will be held strictly against the Escort Card on all days.
