Dear Parents,

Working upon the feedback received during the parents’ orientation held on Saturday, 27^th April 2024, I am pleased to inform you that the Physical Activity classes for the students of III, IV and V will now be held during school hours on Mondays.

The timings of the same will be from 12:30 p.m. till 1:30 p.m.

In planning to implement the above it was necessary to re-think the clubs as well that would be offered to the students. Please find below the new plan.

• Clubs to be held every Wednesday (12:40 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.)
• Physical Activity classes will be held every Monday (12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
• Clubs and Physical Activity classes will be mandatory for all students of classes III, IV and V.
• The students who have already registered for the Cub classes will attend the same every Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

You are requested to fill up the following Google Forms and submit the same by Tuesday, 14.05.24.

Kindly note we will not be able to accommodate more than 50 students in a club/activity. Membership is purely based on a first come first serve basis. Hence three options of each category are to be filled up.
