Dear Parents,

• The First Term Open House will be held on Saturday, 27th July 2024.
• Students must accompany their parents in school uniform. Attendance is mandatory.
• Parents are strictly required to maintain the time slots given below. Please meet the class teacher first and thereafter meet the other subject teachers, if required.

• Entry will be from Gate No. 1 and exit will be from Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall side).
• In case you have an older child in Classes III-V whose slot clashes with the younger one in the Lower Primary (Lower KG- Class II), please inform the class teacher (III-V) to make a change in the timing.
• Kindly ensure that your request for a change of timing in Upper Primary is made latest by Wednesday, 24^th July 2024.
• A book fair by Oxford Book Store has been organized on the same day in the Prayer Hall. They will be offering a 10% discount on the purchase of books. Please visit the book fair.
• Please carry your ward’s Escort card for smooth dispersal.
