Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that the Annual Sports Meet for the students of Classes III, IV and V will be held on Wednesday, 18th December 2024 at the Gitanjali Stadium, Rajdanga Main Road, Sector A, Kolkata- 700107.

Kindly note the following instructions: -

• If a child is in two of the above events, please ensure instructions given by the teacher are followed.
• Students need to wear a clean uniform on the final day. In case any student does not have a spare set of the required uniform the same should be procured at the earliest.
• Students must carry dry tiffin, a water bottle and a napkin in a small bag on both the days.
• All items of clothing and footwear must be labelled.
• Dispersal on both the days will be strictly against the Escort Card.
