Dear Parents,

Greetings from Birla High School.

• The Orientation for the parents of Classes Lower KG and Upper KG for the session 2025-26 will be held on Saturday, 3^rd May 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Vidya Mandir Auditorium (1, Moira Street Kolkata 700017).

Please note:

• We expect both parents to attend the orientation.
• Entry will be from Gate no. 6 (Prayer Hall gate) and Exit will be from Gate No. 5 (Vidya Mandir Auditorium Lobby gate).
• Reporting time for registration in the auditorium lobby: 8:30 a.m.
• Registration: Kindly visit the designated counter (labelled with class and section) in the Prayer Hall and register yourself.
• Please proceed to the auditorium after registration and be seated by 8:45 a.m.
• You are requested not to bring your ward along with you for the Orientation programme.
