• The First Term Open House will be held on Friday, 5th August 2022.
• Students must accompany their parents in school uniform. Attendance is Mandatory.
• Parents are strictly required to maintain the time slots given below. Please meet the class teacher first & thereafter meet the other subject teachers if required.

• A book fair by Oxford Book Store has been organized on the same day in the Prayer Hall. They will be offering a 10% discount on the purchase of books. Please visit the book fair.
• Entry will be from Gate No. 1 and exit will be from Gate No 6 (Prayer Hall side).
• Please carry your ward’s ID card for smooth dispersal.
• Request you to follow all Covid protocols. (wearing a mask is mandatory)

NOTICE FOR CLASSES NURSERY TO V

Dear Parents,

Hope you and your family are safe and healthy. We have braved over two years of the pandemic and now look forward to normalcy with renewed vigour. I would like to share with you a few changes that we have incorporated and the same will be effective when classes resume from Monday, 13^th June 2022.

• Short break for students will now be for 15-minute instead of a 10-minute break.
• Air-conditioners have been installed in all classrooms.
• School timings for Nursery students will be 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
• All students (Nursery to V) are expected to be in school by 7:50 a.m. The gate will be shut at 8 a.m. after which no child will be allowed entry to school.

Your ward’s ID card for the Session 2022-23 will be handed over to you. Kindly note the details regarding the same:

Time: Roll Nos. 1-20 – 11:30 a.m.- 12 noon

             Roll Nos. 21-40 – 12 noon – 12:30 p.m.

Venue: Prayer Hall    

Please Note:

• It is mandatory to submit your ward’s white ID card (currently being used) to the class teacher at the time of exchange.
• Entry and exit will be from Gate No.6.
• We request only one parent to come to school to do the needful.
• Kindly strictly adhere to the timing given above to ensure social distancing.
• Due to security concerns, we request parents to personally be present during the ID card exchange.

This is to inform you that due to the prevailing heat conditions all classes will be held online through Google Classroom from Monday, 2^nd May’22 till Friday, 13^th May’22. There will be no change in class timings and the normal timetable will be followed.

Please find below the timings for the online classes (Monday to Friday).

IMPORTANT:

• Attendance for all classes is mandatory. 

• Boys should be punctual for class.
