Dear Parents,

Your Son will be participating in the Annual Sports on 3^rd/ 4^th February 2023(Friday/ Saturday). You are requested to make an online payment of Rs. 550/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Fifty) for his costume/props using the CampusCare Portal.

 

Please find below details of the Payment Process:

 

Payments will be accepted from Thursday, 12th January 08:00 Hrs and will continue till Friday, 20th January, 2023, 23:59 Hrs

Payment will be collected online only through the process mentioned below:-

I. For Campus Care Website / Portal users:

 Step 1:  Log on to Campus care portal via parent ID.

 Step 2: Click on ‘Personal’ Tab (On the left-hand side of the screen).

 Step 3: Click on ‘Event Participation’.

 Step 4: Check the box beside ‘Amount’ and click on ‘Pay’.

II. For Campus Care Mobile Application users:

 Step 1: Login with Parent ID.

 Step 2: Click on ‘Utility’ tab.

 Step 3: Click on ‘Upcoming Events Participation’.

 Step 4: Check the box beside ‘Amount’ and click on ‘Pay’.

• Students must accompany their parents in school uniform. Attendance is Mandatory.

 

• Parents are strictly required to maintain the time slots given below. Please meet the class teacher first & thereafter meet the other subject teachers if required.

Dear Parents, As informed to you earlier via Notice dated 14th September 2022, the ASSET examinations will be conducted in December as per the schedule mentioned below:

Monday, 19th December ‘22: English

Tuesday, 20th December ‘22: Maths

Wednesday, 21st December ‘22: Science

These exams will be conducted within school hours and pupils will be provided with the question papers and answer scripts. We hope your ward has enrolled for AQAD (A Question A Day) and is practicing them diligently. I wish all students the very best for the ASSET exams.

The first 5 names per section to confirm in the class whatsapp group will be eligible to take part in the above activities.

Other than these, there will be games stalls where you will be able to enjoy along with your grandson.

1. I request Grandparents to come out in large numbers to make the day a grand success and a special one for you and your grandson. Hence even if you are not taking part in any of the above-mentioned events, please do attend the event and enjoy the games and the yummy treat organized specially for you.
2. Due to space constraint, we will be able to accommodate only 2 grandparents per child.
3. Kindly fill up the Google form which will be shared by your ward’s Class Teacher and submit it by Monday 21^st November 2022.

Dear Parents,

 

The Department of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of West Bengal has instructed all educational institutions to organise a vaccination camp in schools for prevention of Measles and Rubella. This is irrespective of the measles vaccination the child may have been given after birth. This is because many children are getting measles even at the age of 15. It is a kind of booster dose for measles, at the initiative of the Government of West Bengal and is totally free of cost.

 

In this connection, kindly fill up the Google Form (https://forms.gle/nPU7a2DV6Z1T29SA8)  and have it submitted by Tuesday, 15^th November, 2022 to enable us to organize the camp.

Dear Parents,

 

After a long hiatus due to the Pandemic, it was a delight to welcome our students back to school.

 

However, remaining confined to their homes with limited social interaction has brought along a number of pressing issues which need to be addressed by both the home and school.

 

Keeping the above in mind we have organised an online session for the parents of Nursery to II on Saturday, 19^th November’22. Ms. Soshima Safaya a specialist in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology has very kindly consented to conduct the above session. Temper tantrums, separation anxiety, trauma, learning gaps are a few of the issues that will be addressed by Ms. Safaya.

 

Prior to the session we would like to know if you would want Ms. Safaya to address any specific issue or concern that you as parents are dealing with. I request parents to mail any such concern to me by Tuesday, 15th of November 2022 at  [email protected]

We are glad to inform you that the school management has tied up with Investors Financial Education Academy (IFE Academy) for an exclusive Financial & Money learning programme for the pupils of Class IV. Their in-house academic experts have crafted and prepared extensive material, study courses, reading books for children. By collaborating with industry experts, the pedagogy aims to engage children for financial awareness in a simple manner. A day each month has been marked for the programme, which will be conducted in school within school hours.

 Dear Parents,

As you are aware, we will be conducting our Half Yearly Examination for Classes III, IV and V from Monday, 22^nd August 2022 till Tuesday, 30th August 2022.

I request parents to motivate their wards to appear for the tests with full sincerity and honesty. Let us get together to work towards helping our children to imbibe values of morality, discipline and integrity.

Please note the following:

• Pupils must carry the following on the exam dates: a clipboard to write on, suitable stationery items (including colour pencils), school diary, drinking water and dry tiffin.

• Dispersal time for the above-mentioned dates will be as follows:                                      

                                         Carpool Dispersal- from 10:00 a.m.

   Escort Dispersal- from 10:15 a.m. (Class III)

                                              10:20 a.m. (Class IV)

                                              10:25 a.m. (Class V)

• Kindly note all dispersals will be from Gate No. 1 strictly against their ID Cards.
• The Spelling Dictation exam will be held for Classes III, IV and V on Thursday, 18^th August during school hours.
• The Elementary Hindi/Bengali exam will be held for Class V on Wednesday, 31^st August during school hours.
