This is to inform you that class photographs for the session 2023-24 will be taken on Thursday, 8^th February, 2024 for classes Nursery to III and on Friday, 9^th February 2024 for classes IV and V within school hours.

 

Kindly note the following:

• Students of Classes I to V must come to school in their school uniform (half sleeve shirt, navy blue long pants, belt, ankle length navy blue socks and black polished shoes).
• Games uniform or the white canvas Keds should not be worn even if they have Games class on the above mentioned days.
• All students of Nursery and KG must wear their apron and navy blue long pants on Thursday, 8^th February, 2024.
• Students should get their hair trimmed and come neatly dressed.

Learning beyond the classroom walls gives our students an opportunity to enhance their critical thinking skills. Keeping in mind the importance of experiential learning and the need for developing 21st century skills, we would like to inform you that students of Class II will be taken to Netaji Bhawan for an educational field trip on Wednesday, 17^th January 2024 during school hours.

Please note the following:

Normal school timings will be followed.

● The boys must come to school in their school uniform.

● Student ID Card should be worn.

● They must carry the school diary, water bottle and some dry tiffin.

● Dispersal will be only against the Escort cards.

 

The students have received a Consent form for the field trip today. You are requested to fill up the same and submit it to the class teacher when you come for the PTM tomorrow i.e. Thursday, 11^th January 2024.

• Dispersal will be at 2 p.m. strictly against the Escort cards.

Please read the following information carefully:

SECOND TERM OPEN HOUSE:

• The Second Term Open House for the session 2023-24 will be held on Thursday, 11^th January 2024.
• Students must accompany their parents in school uniform. Attendance is mandatory.
• Please meet the class teacher first and thereafter meet other subject teachers, if required.
• Parents are strictly required to maintain the time slots given below.

• Entry will be from Gate No. 1 and exit will be from Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall side).
• In case you have an older child in Classes I-V whose slot clashes with the younger one in the Lower Primary (Nursery and KG), please inform the class teacher (I-V) to make a change in the timing by Monday, 8th January 2024.
• A book fair by Scholastic has been organized on the same day in the Prayer Hall. They will be offering a 10% discount on the purchase of books.

Please visit the book fair.

• Dispersal will be only against Escort cards.

• TOUR PROGRAM: Report to school at 8:00 a.m.
• DISPERSAL will be at 3 p.m. against the Escort card as mentioned below:

Class IV: Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall)

Class V: Gate No. 1 (Main Gate).

• TOTAL COST FOR THE PICNIC: Rs.700/- per head which includes transportation, breakfast, lunch, entry fees and all taxes.

• It is mandatory for all children going for the picnic to carry an empty tiffin box, a water bottle and cap.
• The students must submit the Consent Form given by Tuesday, 9^th January, 2024.
• Kindly make the payment of Rs. 700/- through Campus Care for the same.
