  • No child will be dispersed from school without the ID card.

  • The online payment of Rs. 1,07,030/- should be made between Monday, 31st January, 2022 and Wednesday, 2nd February 2022.

Kindly note –

  • Once the online payment is made, you are requested to mail the screenshot of the receipt to [email protected] along with the above-mentioned required documents by Wednesday, 2nd February 2022. The following details should be mentioned in the mail itself:
    • Name of the Candidate
    • Class to which admission has been sought
    • Phone number of the parent

  • In case any document is not submitted, an application addressed to the Headmistress should be attached in the mail itself stating the reason and the date by which it will be mailed.
  • You are requested to check the website on Saturday, 26th March 2022 for further updates regarding the session 2022-23.

 

IMPORTANT: Failing to comply with the above within the specified date and time, the admission of the candidate will stand cancelled.

Parents of Candidates, who are selected to pay the admission fees of their wards, be informed about the refund policy of fees in case of withdrawal from our school

  • Withdrawal before 31st March 2022 - Students applying for refund of fees on or before 31st March 2022 for the next session are to be refunded full fees paid except the Admission Fee.
  • Withdrawal from 1st April 2022 onwards - Students applying for refund of fees on or after 1st April 2022 for the next session, Prorata fees except Admission fee is to be refunded.

Please note the following regarding the online interaction and assessment:

  1. The interaction will be held over the Google Meet platform. Your ward will be required to appear for an online admission test.
  2. It is necessary for both parents to be present for the interaction accompanied by the candidate.
  3. A school representative will personally get in touch with you 48 hours prior to the online interaction.
  4. The link will be mailed to you 24 hours prior to the interaction.
  5. Please strictly adhere to the time given by the school representative.
  6. For Class KG – Students will be evaluated in English & Mathematics during the online assessment.
  7. For Classes I-V - 3 subjects will be evaluated during the online assessment- English, Mathematics and Hindi/ Bengali.
  8. The approximate time for the interaction/assessment will be an hour.
  9. Kindly check the school website on Saturday, 29th January 2022 at 11 a.m. for the final list of selected candidates for fee payment.

 

Please join the online interaction following the steps given below:

 

Joining Google Meet from a Computer

  1. Please create a Gmail account if you do not have one (should be ready 48 hours prior to the interaction).
  2. A school representative will schedule the Google Meet 24 hours prior to the meeting for which a mail will be sent to your email account. Kindly accept the invitation so that the representative receives a confirmation for the interview from you.
  3. On the day of interaction, open your Gmail account.
  4. Click on the Google Meet link mailed to you. You will automatically be directed to the Google Meet interaction page.
  5. Before you join the meeting, you will see a preview screen with options to activate your microphone and camera. Keep both the camera and microphone on.
  6. Finally, click ‘Join now’ to enter the interaction. The meeting organizer will admit you into the meet.

 

Joining Google Meet from iPhone, iPad, or Android device

  1. Please create a Gmail account if you do not have one.
  2. Download the ‘Google Meet’ app from the Play Store on your device.
  3. A school representative will schedule the Google Meet 24 hours prior to the meeting for which a mail will be sent to your email account. Kindly accept the invitation so that the representative receives a confirmation for the interview from you.
  4. Then click on ‘Ask to Join’. The meeting organizer will admit you into the meet.
  5. Keep both the camera and microphone on during the interaction.

 

Kindly go through the underlying guidelines to be observed during the admission test:

  1. The candidate must face the camera and stay unmuted throughout the admission test. Preferably a laptop should be used for the test.
  2. The child should be seated alone for the assessment. Parental interference or any help extended to him during the test will result in the cancellation of admission of the candidate.
  3. Each subject will have an oral and a written section. The written section has to be attempted on A4 size sheets. The name of the student, the class to which he is seeking admission and the date is to be clearly written on the top of the answer sheet. The question paper will be shared through the Google meet share screen.
  4. The child should be ready with ruled A4 size sheets to write the answers on and the other required stationery (pen/pencil & eraser).
  5. After the exam is over, the photo/ scanned copy of the answer sheet has to be mailed to the email id provided by the school representative (within 10 minutes of the completion of the admission test).

Due to the prevailing situation and as a precautionary measure, registration for candidates for admission against vacancy scheduled for Tuesday, 18th January, 2022 and Wednesday, 19th January 2022 will now be held online.

  • Student admission forms will be available from Tuesday, 4th to Sunday, 16th January 2022.
  • Kindly submit the duly filled up Student Admission Form at the time of registration.

Registration

Registration will be done on a cash payment of Rs.1000/- (kindly carry the exact amount) on the following days for the specified classes:

  • Tuesday, 18th January, 2022
    • KG – 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
    • Class IV –11 a.m. to 12 noon.
    • Class V -12 noon to 1 p.m.

  • Wednesday, 19th January, 2022
    • Class I – 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
    • Class II - 11 a.m. to 12 noon.
    • Class III - 12 noon to 1 p.m.

 

Age criteria for admission for the Session 2022-23:

     Class KG  -  1st April '17 to 31st March '18  (4+)

     Class I    -  1st April '16 to 31st March '17 (5+)

     Class II  -  1st April '15 to 31st March '16  (6+)

     Class III -  1st April '14 to 31st March '15 (7+)

     Class IV  -  1st April '13 to 31st March '14  (8+)

     Class V   -  1st April '12 to 31st March '13 (9+)

 

Kindly note –

  • Only those who are double vaccinated against Covid will be allowed entry into school on the day of registration.
  • You are requested to carry your final Covid Vaccination Certificate with you on that day and show the same to the security for entry purpose.
  • Entry and exit will be from Gate No 1 (l, Moira Street).
  • Please carry a pen.
