As part of our commitment to maintaining a high standard of discipline and grooming at school, we conduct inspections every week. These inspections include checks on:
The appearance of our students is a reflection of our school’s values and contributes to their overall discipline and self-respect. We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring that your child meets these grooming standards. Regularly checking your child's uniform and appearance at home will greatly assist in reinforcing these expectations and support the school in maintaining consistency.
Additionally, please be reminded to follow the description of wrist watches for students of classes IV and V as outlined in the school diary.
It has also been observed that some students are riding on two wheelers with their parent/s without wearing helmets, which poses significant safety risks. Helmets are essential for protecting your child’s head in the event of an accident and greatly reduce the risk of serious injury.
Therefore, we urge you to ensure that your child always wears a properly fitting helmet while traveling by bike.
Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. Together, we can help our students present themselves with pride and excel in their educational journey.
Regards,
Mrs. Farida Singh

Sub : Compulsory APAAR ID / PEN for all students
The Ministry of Education launched the Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) aiming for ‘One Nation, One Student ID’. The APAAR ID or (Permanent Education Number) PEN is a specialised identification number designed for all students in India. It is a unique 12-digit code used to digitally store, manage, and access all academic credits, degrees, diplomas, certificates, training details, and co-curricular certificates of students. All students in India can take benefit of APAAR ID, they can register themselves online through the official website, apaar.education.gov.in or abc.gov.in.
Students are not required to provide documents physically; they just need to provide PEN or APAAR ID at the time of admission. This streamlines and smoothens the process of storing and providing documents. Read the entire article to know how to get the PEN number/ APAAR ID CSC.
APAAR stands for Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry, a portal launched through the Common Service Centres (CSCs). It will provide a 12-digit unique code to students as their Permanent Education Number (PEN) or APAAR ID. As per this, all students must register on the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC). The ABC ID is linked to the APAAR ID and, hence, receives academic credits from institutions through the National Academic Depository.
The Academic Bank of Credits was established on the concept of the National Academic Depository (NAD). ABC is a digital repository or store where students can register or transfer credits, the final outcomes of credit redemption and issuance of certificates as well as the compilation of award records are managed by the academic institutions. This helps to make the authentication and verification process easier at the admission.
To create the APAAR ID, students need to follow the steps mentioned below:
Now, the DigiLocker will open and here students can download the APPAR/ ABC ID card shown on the homepage. The ABC ID number or APAAR ID number is written on the card for students' reference.
How to Download ABC ID/APAAR ID Card Through Academic Bank of Credits?
Students/ Colleges can download the ABC ID card through the official website of Academic Bank of Credits. Follow the below steps to know how to get ABC ID online:
An attachment has also been enclosed herewith to help you in the registration process.
