Dear Parents,
Learning beyond the classroom walls gives our students an opportunity to enhance their critical thinking skills. Keeping in mind the importance of experiential learning and the need for developing 21st century skills, we would like to inform you that students of Class I will be taken to Birla Industrial & Technological Museum (BITM) for an educational field trip on Friday, 5th of January 2024 during school hours.
Please note the following:
● Normal school timings will be followed.
● The boys must come to school in their school uniform.
● Student ID Card should be worn.
● They must carry the school diary, water bottle and some dry tiffin.
● Dispersal will be only against the Escort cards.
The students have received a Consent form for the field trip today. You are requested to fill up the same and submit it to the class teacher by Wednesday, 3rd January 2024.

Classes IV and V

Dear Parent,
Greetings from Birla High School.
You will be pleased to know that we are in talks with the concerned authorities of the Punjab Club to introduce both tennis and football coaching classes for our students.
Tennis classes will be held at The Punjab Club grounds- opposite Ashok Hall School and football coaching in school.
For Tennis the parents will have to drop and pick up their wards from the coaching venue.
It would facilitate our discussions further if we are able to provide to them an approximate number of students interested in the coaching classes.
We request you to fill the Google form (link provided below) to enable us to proceed further.
The subsidized fees and other details will be shared with you once we confirm the number of students who would like to participate.

Classes KG to V

Kindly note that there will be early dispersal for the students of Classes KG to V on Friday, 22nd December 2023 as per the schedule given below:-
KG – 11:30 a.m.
Classes I & II – 11:45 a.m.
Classes III to V – 12:00 noon

● Dispersal will be strictly against the Escort cards.

CLASS III TO V
Date: 11.12.2023

As informed to you earlier via Circular no. 59, dated 21st November 2023, the ASSET examinations will be conducted in January as per the schedule mentioned below:
Friday, 5th January ‘24: Science
Monday, 8th January ‘24: Maths
Tuesday, 9th January ‘24: English
The exams are compulsory for all the students of Classes III and V.
However, only the students who have opted for the exam in Class IV will be appearing for the exam.
These exams will be conducted within school hours and pupils will be provided with the question papers and answer scripts.
We hope your ward has enrolled for AQAD (A Question A Day) and is practicing the same diligently.

ANNUAL SPORTS MEET
Classes – IV and V
We are pleased to inform you that the Annual Sports Meet for the students of Classes IV and V will be held on Friday, 15th December 2023 at the Gitanjali Stadium.
They need to report to Gitanjali Stadium on Thursday 14.12.2023 for the Sports run-through.

Classes Nursery to V

This is a gentle reminder to all regarding Fee payment through the E-Nach Module (ECS mode) that has been operational since October 2023.
You are requested to avail of the facility by following the steps shared earlier (refer to circular 46 dated 19.09.23).
This mode of payment will be mandatory from the next academic session i.e. April 2024-2025. It has the option of both Monthly and quarterly modes of payment.
We request parents who have not already, to start availing of the ECS mode of fee payment at the earliest.

Class KG
