Classes – Lower Nursery to Class II

 

Dear Parents,

 

As you are aware our Annual Sports Meet has been scheduled for Wednesday 5^th February (Lower Nursery to UKG) & Thursday 6^th February, 2025 (Classes I & II).

We will have practice for the same on Saturday 1^st February.

 

Please note the following for Saturday, 1^st February –

 

• Lower Nursery, Upper Nursery, Lower KG & Upper KG

Reporting time: 10:30 a.m.

Dispersal time: 01:00 p.m. (Upper Nursery to UKG)

Dispersal time: 12:00 noon (Lower Nursery)

 

• Classes I & II

Reporting time: 8:30 a.m.

Dispersal time: 11:00 a.m.

 

• Dispersal will be held from Gate no. 1 strictly against the Escort card.

 

• Regular games/school uniform should be worn.

 

• Dry tiffin and water bottles to be brought to school.

 

• All students should carry their school diary.

Students will come and report to their respective classrooms. They will wear their regular games/school uniform. They should carry dry tiffin, their water bottles, and the school diary on the above-mentioned date.

• Students must accompany their parents in school uniform. Attendance is mandatory.
• Parents are strictly required to maintain the time slots given below

• Kindly ensure that your request for a change of timing in Upper Primary is made latest by Wednesday, 22^nd January 2025.
• A book fair by Scholastic has been organized on the same day in the Prayer Hall. They will be offering a 10% discount on the purchase of books. Please visit the book fair.
• Dispersal will be strictly against the Escort card.
