Dear Parents,

We are glad to inform you that the school management has tied up with Investors Financial Education Academy (IFE Academy) for an exclusive Financial & Money learning programs for the pupils of Class IV. Their in-house academic experts have crafted and prepared extensive material, study courses, reading books for children. By collaborating with industry experts, the pedagogy aims to engage children for financial awareness in a simple manner. Each month one day has been marked for the program, which will be conducted within school timings.

We cordially invite you parents to attend the Parent’s Orientation of the FINLIT program on Friday, 11^th August ’23. Please find under relevant details for the orientation:

Venue: Vidya Mandir Auditorium

Time: 8:15 a.m.

Registration to begin at 7:50 a.m. You are requested to be seated in the Auditorium by 8:10 a.m.

Keeping in mind the challenges faced by parents while raising children in this day and age, we have organized an interactive session for the parents of Classes IV and V on Saturday, 5^th August 2023 at the Vidya Mandir Auditorium from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Ms. Saloni Priya who is a renowned counseling psychologist working in the area of Education Management, Human Development & Training, has very kindly consented to conduct the session – “Proactive Parenting to Build Resilient Children” where she will discuss the core principles of new age parenting and coping strategies.

 

Kindly note the following:

• Entry and exit will be from Gate no. 5 (Vidya Mandir Auditorium).
• You are requested to register at entry.
• Please be seated in the auditorium by 8:45 AM.
• Only parents will be allowed to attend the session.
• A Google Form for your valuable feedback will be shared by your ward’s class teacher after the session. Kindly submit the same by Monday, 7^th August 2023.

• The First Term Open House will be held on Saturday, 22nd July 2023.
• Students must accompany their parents in school uniform. Attendance is mandatory.
• Parents are strictly required to maintain the time slots given below. Please meet the class teacher first and thereafter meet the other subject teachers, if required.

• In case you have an older child in Classes I-V whose slot clashes with the younger one in the Lower Primary (Nursery and KG), please inform the class teacher (I-V) to make a change in the timing.
• Kindly ensure that your request for a change of timing in upper primary is made latest by Wednesday, 19^th July 2023.
• A book fair by Oxford Book Store has been organized on the same day in the Prayer Hall. They will be offering a 10% discount on the purchase of books. Please visit the book fair.
• Please carry your ward’s Escort card for smooth dispersal.
