Aam Ki Gutli Collection Revolution
Dear Parents,
We are excited to share an enriching and impactful initiative with our students at Birla High School. As part of our ongoing efforts to foster environmental consciousness and community involvement, we encourage our students to collect mango seeds and bring them to school. We are collaborating with the Mango Wonder Man, Jasmit Singh Arora of Gram Samriddhi Foundation to make this mission possible.
The simple act of collecting mango seeds can contribute to a larger cause—promoting reforestation and sustainability. By gathering these seeds, students will learn about the importance of recycling natural resources and how small actions can significantly affect our environment.
Kindly send 5 washed, cleaned and sundried (for 2/3 days) mango seeds in a paper bag to school by Tuesday, 2nd July 2024.

Working upon the feedback received during the parents’ orientation held on Saturday, 27th April 2024, I am pleased to inform you that the Physical Activity classes for the students of III, IV and V will now be held during school hours on Mondays.
The timings of the same will be from 12:30 p.m. till 1:30 p.m.
In planning to implement the above it was necessary to re-think the clubs as well that would be offered to the students. Please find below the new plan.

● The Orientation for the parents of Classes I & II for the session 2024-25 will be held on Saturday, 27th April 2024 at 10 a.m. in the Vidya Mandir Auditorium (1, Moira Street Kolkata 700017).
● We expect both parents to attend the orientation.
● Entry and Exit will be from Gate No. 5 (Vidya Mandir Auditorium Lobby gate).
● Reporting time for registration in the auditorium lobby: 9:30 a.m.
● Registration: Kindly visit the designated counter (labelled with class and section) in the Vidya Mandir Lobby and register yourself.
● Please proceed to the auditorium after registration and be seated by 9:50 a.m.
● You are requested not to bring your ward along with you for the Orientation programme.
