Dear Parents,

Working upon the feedback received during the parents’ orientation held on Saturday, 27th April 2024, I am pleased to inform you that the Physical Activity classes for the students of III, IV and V will now be held during school hours on Mondays.

The timings of the same will be from 12:30 p.m. till 1:30 p.m.

In planning to implement the above it was necessary to re-think the clubs as well that would be offered to the students. Please find below the new plan.

  • Clubs to be held every Wednesday (12:40 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.)
  • Physical Activity classes will be held every Monday (12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
  • Clubs and Physical Activity classes will be mandatory for all students of classes III, IV and V.
  • The students who have already registered for the Cub classes will attend the same every Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Kindly note we will not be able to accommodate more than 50 students in a club/activity. Membership is purely based on a first come first serve basis. Hence three options of each category are to be filled up.

Your ward’s ID card and Escort card for the session 2024-25 will be handed over to you on Saturday, 4th May, 2024 from your ward’s classroom.

Kindly note the details regarding the same:

Please Note:

  • Upper Nursery - It is mandatory to submit your ward’s temporary white ID card and Escort card (currently being used) to the class teacher at the time of exchange.
  • Lower KG to Class I - It is mandatory to submit your ward’s old ID card and Escort card (currently being used) to the class teacher at the time of exchange.
  • Kindly strictly adhere to the timings mentioned above.
  • We request only one parent to come to school to do the needful.
  • Due to security concerns we request parents to personally be present during the ID card and Escort card exchange in order to sign the acknowledgement sheet.
  • No ID card or Escort card will be given to the carpool vendors.
