Children’s Day will be celebrated in school on Thursday, 14^th November, 2024.

 

• Kindly note the dispersal schedule on the above mentioned day.

 

Lower Nursery:  10:00 a.m.

Upper Nursery: 10:15 a.m.

Lower KG: 10:45 a.m.

Upper KG: 11:00 a.m.

Classes I & II: 11:30 a.m.

Classes III, IV & V: 11:45 a.m.

 

• Children from Lower Nursery to V may come to school on Thursday, 14^th November in coloured clothes.
• Children should bring the school diary, tiffin, and water bottle in a small bag. Kindly note, that no books will be carried to school on the above-mentioned day.
• All dispersal will be done strictly against the Escort Card.

• The Maths and Science Olympiad exams are compulsory for all students of classes III to V.
• Students will be issued an Enrollment Ticket for all the exams they will be appearing for on the day of each exam.
• The enrolment ticket has to be kept safely for checking the students results online.

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that, as part of our commitment to fostering experiential learning and developing critical thinking and 21st-century skills, the students of Class I will be participating in an educational field trip to the Birla Industrial & Technological Museum (BITM). This visit is scheduled for Monday, 11th November 2024, and will take place during school hours.

Please note the following:

● Normal school timings will be followed.

● The boys must come to school in their school uniform.

● Student ID Card should be worn.

● They must carry the school diary, water bottle and some dry tiffin.

● Dispersal will be only against the Escort cards.

• The students have received a Consent form for the field trip today. You are requested to fill up the same and submit it to the class teacher by Thursday, 7^th November 2024.

Our school Counselor and Special Educators will lead discussions on key concerns faced by modern parents, under the theme: "Parents as Shapers, Moulders, and Creators." The session will address the challenges of contemporary parenting and offer practical strategies for coping effectively.

• Entry/Exit: Access to the venue will be from Gate No. 5 (Vidya Mandir Auditorium).

In alignment with the NEP 2020 guidelines, Birla High School is introducing the Holistic Progress Card from this session i.e. 2024-2025 for the classes of the Lower Primary. This progress card offers a 360-degree, multidimensional view of each learner’s cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. The inclusion of parent and student feedback will enhance collaboration and communication, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the student’s progress and fostering active parental engagement in their child’s education.

I request parents to note the steps mentioned below to fill up the parent and student feedback through Campus Care:

Please follow the steps given below to fill up the “Parents’ feedback”:

• Log in to the Campus Care portal using the parent’s ID.
• Click on “Parents’ Feedback”
• Select the child who is in Lower Nursery to II.
• Select Term I.
• Select the appropriate remark against the given parameter.
• Click on “Save’ after completing.

 

Student’s Feedback: (For only classes I & II)

Please help your wards to follow the steps given below to fill up the “Self-Assessment” (student’s feedback):

• Log in to the Campus Care portal using the Student’s ID.
• Click on “Self-Assessment”
• Select Term I.
• Select the appropriate remark against the given parameter.
• Click on “Save’ after completing.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Campus Care will accept the feedback from Thursday, 12^th September 2024, 14:00 hours onwards to Monday, 16^th September, 2024 till 23:59 hours. However, you are requested to fill in the same by Friday, 13^th September 2024, 14:00 hours so that any possible glitches faced by you can be addressed by the IT department within the stipulated time.

Renowned counselling psychologist Ms. Mansi Sanghvi Bhayani, known for her expertise in providing support, to individuals across all age groups in matters related to parenting, personality development, and mental health concerns, has graciously agreed to conduct the session titled “Care, Connect and Collaborate”. The session will delve into the challenges of modern parenting and explore effective coping strategies.
