Your ward’s ID card and Escort Card for the Session 2023-24 will be handed over to you on Saturday, 17th June, 2023. Kindly note the details regarding the same:

Class IV:

Time: 8:30 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. (Roll Nos. 1-20)

9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (Roll Nos. 21-40)

Venue: Prayer Hall

 

Class V:

Time: 9:45 a.m.- 10:15 a.m. (Roll Nos. 1-20) 

            10:15 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. (Roll Nos. 21-40)  

Venue: Prayer Hall

 

Please Note:

  • It is mandatory to submit your ward’s old ID card (currently being used) to the class teacher at the time of exchange.
  • We request only one parent to come to school to do the needful.
  • Kindly strictly adhere to the timings mentioned above.
  • Due to security concerns we request parents to personally be present during the ID card exchange in order to sign the acknowledgement sheet.
  • Entry and exit will be from Gate No.6.
