Greetings from Birla High School.

 

Please make a note of the following:

 

• Your ward has received the school diary, ID card pro forma and a temporary ID card today.
• Kindly paste a passport size photograph on the temporary white ID card. The students are expected to wear this to school every day till they receive the new one.
• Parents are requested to go through the school diary and fill up the first 3 pages (personal data sheets) and return the same to the class teacher by Wednesday, 5^th April 2023.
• All dispersals will continue against old Escort cards till the new Escort cards are handed over for the session 2023-24.
• Students of classes I – V will be notified regarding the commencement of ABL classes/Clubs (afternoon classes).

Till such time dispersal timings on all working days for classes I to V will be as follows:

Class I – 1:05 PM

Class II – 1.15 PM

Classes III-V – 1:25 PM

Please note the following –

 

• The Annual Progress Report Cards for the session 2022-2023 will be available online on Wednesday, 22^nd March 2023.
• Last working day for students for the session 2022-23 is Friday, 24^th March 2023.
• Annual Day will be held in the month of April 2023. Details of which will follow soon.
• Early dispersal for students will begin from Thursday, 16^th March 2023 as per the schedule given below:

Nursery – 10:30 A.M.

KG – 11:00 A.M.

Classes I & II – 11:30 A.M.

Classes III, IV & V – 11:45 A.M.

• The new session for Classes KG to V will commence from Monday, 3^rd April 2023.

CIRCULAR FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

 

The yearly all round success of this institution, supplemented by the role of parents, guardians as well as well wishers, is the testimony of maintaining ongoing progressive educational practices, in a congenial environment for betterment of the future of the student.

For the purpose of achieving these objectives for their wards, the role of parents and guardians is all the more important. However, it is also necessary for the annual restructuring of school fees to cover and make up the ever escalating costs incurred by the institution. This is affected by way of meeting, apart from recurring establishment costs, compulsory statutory financial obligations like regular increases in payment of salaries of teachers and other staff at par with the State Government. The school’s ancillary expenses and creation of reserve fund for development purpose as mandated by the CBSE Bye-Laws, is sine qua non to fulfill the aforesaid objectives.

This is not unique for any individual educational institution of repute but universally applicable.

With these facts and circumstances in view, it becomes imperative to restructure the school fees periodically; which is considered absolutely necessary and appropriate. Viewing all aspects, Tuition Fees has increased by 9% for the academic session 2023 - 2024. Kindly check the fee book for further details.

Remaining components however remain unchanged. The existing scheme of awarding scholarships and due commitment to statutes as at present will continue.

Kindly inform the accounts office if you wish to pay the fees through ECS mode of payment, which is optional for the session 2023-2024. However, the same will be mandatory from the session 2024 - 2025.
