Children’s Day will be celebrated in school on Monday, 20th November, 2023.

 

Please note the following:

 

  • Dispersal will be as per the schedule mentioned hereunder –

 

Nursery:  10:00 am

KG: 10:30 am

Classes I & II: 11:15 am

Classes III, IV & V: 11:25 am

 

  • Children may come to school in coloured clothes.
  • Kindly note no books are to be brought to school. However, children need to carry their school diary, tiffin and water bottle.
  • Children will be dispersed strictly against the Escort Cards.

Dear Parents,

Kindly note the following regarding the KG Concert to be held on Friday 13.10.23

  • Reporting time for students: 08:00 am
  • All students must wear their costume and come to school.
  • They must carry their water bottle and tiffin (dry snacks) in a small bag.
  • Please apply some base make up/ foundation from home. Rest of the makeup will be done in school.
  • Footwear to be worn as per the instructions given by the class teachers.
  • Dispersal will be from the KG classrooms after the concert. Parents will collect the children against the Escort card and exit from Gate no. 1.

We are glad to inform you that the pupils of Classes III, IV and V have organised an exhibition ‘Sabhyata’ depicting the rich cultural heritage of India on Tuesday, 17th October 2023. It gives us great pleasure to invite you to visit the same with your ward following the schedule mentioned below:

Roll nos. 1 -10: 9am – 10am

Roll nos. 11 -20: 10am – 11am

Roll nos. 21 -30: 11am – 12 pm

Roll nos. 31 -40: 12pm – 1pm.

Kindly make note of the following instructions:

  • No classes will be held on the above-mentioned date.
  • All pupils must be dressed in their school uniform and visit the exhibition with their parents according to the schedule mentioned above.
  • You are requested to use Gate no. 5 (Vidya Mandir Auditorium gate) to enter and Gate no. 6 (Prayer Hall gate) to exit.
  • Parents must carry the student’s Escort card for dispersal.
  • Participants and students on duty will receive a separate circular with specific instructions that need to be followed.

FIRST TERM OPEN HOUSE:

  • The First Term Open House for the session 2023-24 will be held on Friday, 6th October 2023.
  • Students must accompany their parents in school uniform. Attendance is mandatory.
  • Please meet the class teacher first and thereafter meet other subject teachers, if required.

  • A book fair by Oxford Book Store has been organized on the same day in the Prayer Hall. They will be offering a 10% discount on the purchase of books. Please visit the book fair.
  • Dispersal will be only against Escort cards.

 

 

FIRST TERM PROGRESS CARD:

 

  • A copy of the First Term Progress Card will be handed over to you by the class teacher on the above mentioned day.
  • The same  can be viewed online through the Campuscare Portal (www.vmscampuscare.in) from 11 a.m. onwards on the same day.
  • Please note that each parent has a unique parent ID (Campus Care ID). The parent ID will be the same even if the parent has another ward in the Junior/Senior or Girls’ Section.
  • Kindly follow the steps given below to view the Report Card online :-

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Birla High School!

The festive season is round the corner and each year our school celebrates the Joy of Giving through a ‘Daan Utsav’. This year too, we have decided as a school to reach out to different segments of society from various parts of our city and the surburbs.

I would like to request all our students to contribute a sum of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) each towards this humanitarian cause.

Kindly make this payment through Campus Care for the same.

 

Please find below details of the Payment Process:

 

  • Payments will be accepted from 22.09.2023 - 16:00 Hrs and will continue till 26.09.2023, 23:59 Hrs.
  • Payment will be collected online only through the process mentioned below: -

I. For Campus Care Website / Portal users:

 Step 1:  Log on to Campus care portal via parent ID.

 Step 2: Click on ‘Personal’ Tab (On the left-hand side of the screen).

Step 3: Click on ‘Event Participation’.

 Step 4: Check the box beside ‘Amount’ and click on ‘Pay’.

II. For Campus Care Mobile Application users:

 Step 1: Login with Parent ID.

 Step 2: Click on ‘Utility’ tab.

 Step 3: Click on ‘Upcoming Events Participation’.

 Step 4: Check the box beside ‘Amount’ and click on ‘Pay’.

Please note that in case you wish to contribute more than Rs. 100/-, you may send the amount in a sealed envelope labelled with the name, class, section of your son to his class teacher by Tuesday, 26th September 2023.

The teachers of our school are also generously participating in this drive, so that the underprivileged will benefit in some way through our little contribution.

Please note that Fee payment through E-Nach Module (ECS mode) has been rolled out and will be implemented w.e.f. October, 2023. Please download the attachment and follow the steps to enroll if you desire to pay the fee using ECS Mode of payment for the academic year 2023-24.

Further to your information, from the next academic session i.e. April 2024-2025, ECS mode for fee payment will be made mandatory. It has the option of both Monthly & Quarterly mode of payment.
