On account of Teachers’ Day kindly note that there will be early dispersal for students of classes Nursery to V on Tuesday, 5th September, 2023.
Dispersal will be as per the schedule mentioned below:

Classes III, IV and V
Please note there will be no clubs or extracurricular classes after school hours from Thursday, 17th to Friday, 25th August 2023 due to the Half Yearly Examinations.
All after school activities will resume from Monday, 28th August 2023.

As you are aware, we will be conducting our Half Yearly Examination for Classes III, IV and V from Thursday, 17th August, 2023.
I request parents to motivate their wards to appear for the tests with full sincerity and honesty. Let us get together to work towards helping our children to imbibe values of morality, discipline and integrity.
Kindly encourage the students and uplift their spirits. Let us not create any unnecessary fear or anxiety.
Pupils must carry the following on the exam dates: a clip board to write on, suitable stationery items (including colour pencils), school diary, drinking water and dry tiffin.
Dispersal time for the above-mentioned dates will be as follows:

On account of ‘QUAESTIO’ an Inter School Quiz Competition which is hosted each year by Birla High School, kindly note that there will be no classes for Nursery and KG on Wednesday 9th August 2023.
CLASS IV

We are glad to inform you that the school management has tied up with Investors Financial Education Academy (IFE Academy) for an exclusive Financial & Money learning programs for the pupils of Class IV. Their in-house academic experts have crafted and prepared extensive material, study courses, reading books for children. By collaborating with industry experts, the pedagogy aims to engage children for financial awareness in a simple manner. Each month one day has been marked for the program, which will be conducted within school timings.
We cordially invite you parents to attend the Parent’s Orientation of the FINLIT program on Friday, 11th August ’23. Please find under relevant details for the orientation:

Keeping in mind the challenges faced by parents while raising children in this day and age, we have organized an interactive session for the parents of Classes IV and V on Saturday, 5th August 2023 at the Vidya Mandir Auditorium from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Ms. Saloni Priya who is a renowned counseling psychologist working in the area of Education Management, Human Development & Training, has very kindly consented to conduct the session – “Proactive Parenting to Build Resilient Children” where she will discuss the core principles of new age parenting and coping strategies.

Kindly note that there will be early dispersal for students of classes I to V on Thursday, 27th July 2023, and Friday, 28th July 2023. Carpool and Escort dispersal on both days will be from Gate No. 1 as per the timings given below:
