Greetings from Birla High School.
You will be pleased to know that we are in talks with the concerned authorities of the Punjab Club to introduce both tennis and football coaching classes for our students.
Tennis classes will be held at The Punjab Club grounds- opposite Ashok Hall School and football coaching in school.
For Tennis the parents will have to drop and pick up their wards from the coaching venue.
It would facilitate our discussions further if we are able to provide to them an approximate number of students interested in the coaching classes.
We request you to fill the Google form (link provided below) to enable us to proceed further.
The subsidized fees and other details will be shared with you once we confirm the number of students who would like to participate.

Medical report for the session 2023-24 will also be given to the students.

As mentioned earlier, you are hereby reminded that from April, 2024, all fee payments will be through the ECS mode.
Circular No. 46/2023-24 dated 19.09.23 and Circular No 66/2023-24 dated 8.12.23 have been put up on the website with all necessary details.
You are requested to kindly start the process for the same to avoid unnecessary delays and penalties. Please download the attachment and follow the steps to enroll for the ECS Mode of payment. It has the option of both Monthly & Quarterly mode of payment. Kindly enroll by Friday, 22nd March, 2024. Please note that the registration can only be done through the laptop / desktop and not through the mobile phone.

CLASS PHOTOGRAPH
Your son’s class photograph will be given to him soon. You are requested to make an online payment of Rs. 70 /- (Rupees Seventy only) for the same using the Campus Care Portal.
Please find below details of the Payment Process:
Registration will start from Monday, 12th February 16:00 hrs and will continue till Friday, 16th February 2024, 23:59 hrs
Payment will be collected online only through the process mentioned below:-
I. For Campus Care Website / Portal users:
Step 1: Log on to Campus care portal via parent ID.
Step 2: Click on ‘Personal’ Tab (On the left-hand side of the screen).
Step 3: Click on ‘Event Participation’.
Step 4: Check the box beside ‘Amount’ and click on ‘Pay’.
II. For Campus Care Mobile Application users:
Step 1: Login with Parent ID.
Step 2: Click on ‘Utility’ tab.
Step 3: Click on ‘Upcoming Events Participation’.
Classes III, IV & V
BHS/CIR –86/23-24 Date: 09.02.24
As you are aware, we will be conducting our Annual Examination for Classes III, IV and V from Monday, 19th February, 2024 till Wednesday, 28th February, 2024.
I request parents to motivate their wards to appear for the tests with full sincerity and honesty. Kindly encourage the students and uplift their spirits. Let us not create any unnecessary fear or anxiety.
Pupils must carry the following on the exam dates: a clip board, suitable stationery items (including colour pencils), school diary, drinking water and dry tiffin.
Dispersal time for the above-mentioned dates will be as follows:

10:20 a.m.
Kindly note Carpool dispersal will be from Gate No. 6 and Escort dispersal from Gate No. 1 strictly against their Escort Cards.
