ACTIVITY:: THE JOURNEY OF THE 'TIRANGA':
PARTNER SCHOOL: Bal Bharti Public School
The evolution of the Indian flag reflects the country's journey through its struggle for independence and its diverse cultural heritage. Students were aquainted with the several flags used during the Indian independence movement after which the Tiranga was adopted in 1947. These flags represented different ideologies and movements striving for independence from British rule. Students made an easy and a handy booklet where each page had historical milestones in the evolution of our National Flag with pictorial references.
